What to include

For orders, include your PayPal reference and the email used at checkout. For product questions, tell us your dog’s approximate weight so we can confirm whether the medium size is appropriate.

We reply during UK business hours. Urgent veterinary concerns belong with your veterinary practice, not this shop inbox.
